The opportunity

Due to the success of our advanced reconciliation solution HelloZero, we are currently in an exciting phase of growth and development. We are seeking an experienced implementation manager to lead and develop our onboarding functions, improving the quality and efficiency of our processes, creating training materials, taking on the role of subject matter expert and guiding our customers towards the best solution for their business needs and maximise the use of HelloZero.

This is a client facing role, so great opportunity to spend face-to-face time with customers in the financial sector, including some international travel.

About you

  • You’ll have excellent project management skills and capable of handling complex customer discussions with senior executives on your own

  • You’ll collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including our agile team and our customers’ users and senior management
  • Owning the projects for implementing HelloZero with new customers 
  • Managing and leading our professional services engagements including initial discovery, solution design and training  
  • Capturing the analysis of customers’ existing business data flows/relationships, developing fit/gap analyses, and creating documented plans to help educate customers on using our system to meet their needs 
  • Proactively guiding customers towards the best solution for their business needs, using a high degree of judgment and decision-making throughout the implementation process 
  • Assisting with sales proposals and responses to RFPs and creating contractual documentation appendices around scope, functionality etc.  
  • Leading the creation, design and delivery of customer education and user training content, including continuous improvement 
  • Refining and improving the effectiveness of our onboarding processes 
  • Feeding back potential opportunities for product development and new product features

Skills and Expertise

What will be expected from you and the skills and expertise we are looking for.

  • 3 years plus experience in Project Managing corporate or financial sector customers (capital markets would be ideal).
  • Proven experience in delivering product education to corporations in the financial service sector
  • A good understanding of business operations and current project management practices
  • Demonstrable experience of the preparation of the scope of work by providing task/time details
  • Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of software processes (cloud technology would be a bonus)
  • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills, delivering to tight timescales with the agreed level of function and quality
  • Pragmatism around solutions, demonstrating a reasoned approach
  • A track record of taking ownership of projects and new challenges
  • An ability to work with deadlines and conflicting priorities
