Can you help us get things done?

We are looking to recruit an individual with proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

If you're a rising Microsoft Dynamics CRM star who, over the next few years, wants to be leading teams, architecting & designing systems, consulting with clients and helping improve their businesses by using new technologies, then Kynetix could be the place for you.

If you've already got over 2 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM with strong .NET development skills and good knowledge of SQL Server and are ready to take on more responsibility then we'll develop you into a fully-fledged consultant, capable of designing and architecting key business systems for our clients.

If you've got this far and you're still interested then here's what we would expect you to do for us.

• Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet specific and agreed client requirements.
• Use data migration tools, such as Scribe to build integration with core processing systems
• Work with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK to build custom solutions.
• Be adaptable to learning and using other technologies such as SharePoint
• Have fun doing the above!

You will be comfortable with the business rationale for CRM and Dynamics CRM in particular and you will know how the product is built and operates.

Ideally, you will have experience working within the financial services sector, but this is not essential. Either way we will ensure that you develop your knowledge of the finance sector.

Also desirable is exposure to Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology. If you don't have this then we would support you to become Sure Step qualified.

This position is based out of our development centre in East Croydon although you will be expected to regularly work at client sites in the City and other locations as required.
