Kynetix has worked alongside the London Metal Exchange for the last 10 years helping it to design, build, maintain, and evolve its proprietary systems for managing, financing, and settling physical metals contracts.
LMEsword™
This system facilitates the transfer of ownership of LME warrants and stock reporting. Warrants are held in a central depository, are produced to a standard format, and include a unique barcode.
LMEshield™
This is an electronic register provide global off-warrant commodity receipting. By immobilising paper receipts and using electronic versions in the system, LMEshield™ supports and enables lending by addressing uncertainties surrounding commodity receipts as collateral and reducing the risk of fraud on financed material.

ICE Guardian™
ICE Guardian is an automated inventory management system (AIMS), designed in conjunction with the team at The ICE to streamline the handling of physical commodities during storage and delivery. It reduces much of the complexity and risk associated with physical deliveries.
The system includes secure compliant digital receipting of warehoused commodities, whilst access to a single digital inventory enables faster decision making by financing banks. Title transfers and pledges are fully traceable and auditable through the permission-based digital inventory providing accountability and visibility.
