The senior team at Kynetix have worked in the software industry for over 20 years. Over that time we have gained considerable experience in a number of specific areas.
In the mid-90s two of our executive team were the first two UK consultants to be certified as DSDM practitioners. DSDM was the first industry standard Agile development method and was brought about by the need to find a way to deliver software rapidly and reliably whilst accommodating the need to change requirements during the process.
Over the years other Agile methods such as Scrum and XP have come to the fore but they all share the same goal - software delivered quickly, reliably and to tight deadlines and budgets.
At Kynetix we pride ourselves on our ability to get software delivered on time and to budget. To achieve this we employ the appropriate Agile methods that work for both us and our clients. Sometimes not all parts of a project lend themselves to an Agile approach. For instance, a data migration phase might require a more methodical approach so we plan for this within an overall Agile project.
Our services cover both the development of new software as well as the support and maintenance of applications. We are often asked to design and build new systems and then to host them and maintain them in a secure environment.
