We can now offer a fantastic opportunity for a SharePoint developer to join our rapidly growing SharePoint practice.
As a SharePoint developer you will work as part of a team delivering line-of-business solutions to our blue-chip clients.

If you’re a rising SharePoint star who, over the next few years, wants to be leading teams, architecting & designing systems, consulting with clients and helping improve their businesses by using new technologies, then Kynetix could be the place for you.
If you've got over 2 years experience with SharePoint and are ready to take on more responsibility then we'll develop you into a fully-fledged consultant, capable of designing and architecting key business systems for our clients.
To succeed in these positions you should have across-the-board knowledge of SharePoint that includes expertise gained in a majority of the following areas
- Design and Administration of SharePoint sites
- Collaboration
- Document Management (including 3rd party products)
- Workflow (including 3rd party products)
- Content Management
- Search
- Intranets & Extranets running on SharePoint
- Websites running on SharePoint
- Custom SharePoint applications, web parts, master pages, templates, themes etc
- Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services
We need special people to join our teams.

- Work in small agile teams to deliver innovative SharePoint solutions on time and to budget.
- Work with our clients' business analysts to help define new application requirements.
- Liaise with our project managers to ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of systems.
- Mentor other Kynetix developers and be willing to share knowledge.
- Transfer skills to our clients' technical people when working on projects with them.
- Provide estimates for applications or enhancements to our account managers when requested.
- Attend events at Microsoft to learn about new technologies.
- Build relationships with our clients at all levels to ensure that our reputation is enhanced and that we win more business.
- Use your initiative to solve client problems and to deliver the highest levels of service.
- Help us achieve satisfaction ratings of 85%+ from our clients.
- Contribute ideas and components to help us gain greater reusability.
- Help us improve our processes as we are continually looking to get better in all aspects of our work.
- Get certified! If you're not already an MCP then you will get certified within 6 months of joining us. We'll support you through this process.

To succeed in these roles you should be a proven achiever with a passion for technology, an outgoing personality and a desire to help our clients meet their business objectives.
You must also have worked in a disciplined development where standards are the norm and where delivering on time and on budget is expected.

We'll encourage you and support you in getting Microsoft certifications. In fact we'll push you to do these! As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner it's essential that you get qualified.
You'll get opportunities to visit Microsoft to learn about new upcoming technologies and to get in-depth exposure to tools and platforms that we use. Some of these sessions are only available to Gold Certified Partners. We also encourage you to watch the latest web casts coming out of Redmond.
As you would expect from a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, you'll have access to all the latest technologies emerging from Redmond, from early betas through to the latest releases.
We'll also ensure that you have fun at Kynetix. Apart from regular social gatherings we have organised many overseas staff trips. In 2008 we had a great weekend in Dublin. In other years we've been to the Munich Beer Festival, Belgian Grand Prix, The Copenhagen Carnival, Bruges, Ghent etc.
