Kynetix are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to spearhead our next phase of growth. After posting record results in the last two years (2008 & 2009) we are ambitious for further growth in 2010 and beyond and are looking to appoint a person capable of closing new software development business.

The Person We Seek

You will be a true sales “hunter” with a talent for opening doors. You will have a verifiable track record of successfully opening new accounts within financial services organisations and winning complex Software Development projects while sustaining year over year revenue growth.

You will be able to show how you have generated a robust and sustainable pipeline that has enabled you to regularly achieve quota and beat targets. You will be able to demonstrate how you have hunted, lead and closed new business deals ranging from £50k to £5 million or more.

You will be a person who builds and sustains long-term relationships with clients. You will be able to show how you have become a trusted advisor to your clients and how that has helped you win more business from existing accounts.

You will have an strong understanding of the software services marketplace and you will be fully familiar with the Microsoft technology stack with particular focus on .NET and Windows Azure. Experience of working with Microsoft as a partner would be a big plus.

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to remain current and keep abreast of business and industry trends.

We now wish to cement our position at the top of the Microsoft partner chain by building out our business in two main areas

Microsoft are pouring billions of dollars into the cloud and Windows Azure in particular. We see a fantastic opportunity for an organisation like Kynetix to position themselves as the premier provider of Azure skills in the UK and beyond for many years to come.
