Can you help us get things done?
We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in the successful delivery of systems to our clients.
We're looking for a rare breed of person. One who realises that the perfect world doesn't exist. One who understands that the perfect specification has yet to be written. One who realises that clients 'sometimes' change their minds. One who knows that few projects flow smoothly from beginning to end. One who can retain their sense of humour when maybe others can't.
Ideally you will have a background in the finance sector and will be familiar with one or more of the following sectors - banking, asset management, capital markets, insurance.

- Manage teams of on-site & off-site developers and ensure on-time delivery of systems to our clients.
- Develop project plans and keep the development teams focussed on meeting deadlines.
- Work with clients to determine acceptable budgets that reflect a proper balance of Time, Cost & Quality.
- Manage the commercial aspects of projects such that each project meets the agreed budgets.
- Manage the client's moving requirements whilst keeping the client happy and the project on target.
- Oversee the testing of each project to ensure that quality is maintained.
- Report progress internally and externally to our clients.
- Ensure that all project personnel log their time each week in our timesheet system.
- Use our timesheet system to generate monthly client invoices and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Build relationships with our clients at all levels to ensure that our reputation is enhanced.
- Help us achieve 85%+ satisfaction ratings with our clients.
- Work with the sales team when required to help put bid-winning proposals and estimates together.
- Help us improve our processes as we are continually looking to get better in all aspects of our work.

The sort of person who will be most suitable to this role is one who will have worked in a dynamic commercial environment where projects have been consistently delivered to time and budget.
