Auditing

GaleForce Auditing records data changes at the record and field level, and includes information on who made what changes and when the changes were made.

Auditing can be configured to specify which data actions should be audited for each type of record (i.e. Create, Update, Delete). The “View Audit Log” permission ensures that only authorised users can see and search audit records.

Audit functionality can be optionally installed when the system is first deployed, or installed at a later date.

Field Level Security

Compliance and security requirements may dictate that only certain users can view or edit certain fields belonging to a specific record such as a Contact or Company.

By default in Microsoft CRM, all fields are view/read/write and security is implemented at the Record level, meaning users can see all fields for a given Contact, Company or other record, or none.

GaleForce CRM 3.0 delivers the ability to define granular field level security for any record field, and restrict permissions by role to each field. Permission values include “None”, “Read only”, or “Read/Write.”

Field level security cannot increase the user’s permissions over what their established role has already granted them for a particular record, but can impose additional restrictions on sensitive field data.

BizTalk Adaptor

The GaleForce BizTalk Server Adaptor for MS CRM provides an automated bi-directional integration mechanism between MS CRM and other enterprise systems. It allows the BizTalk Server to send and receive data from MS CRM through the logical business layers and preserve security, updatability and integrity of system data and workflow.

Leveraging this best-in-class integration technology, the GaleForce BizTalk Server Adapter for MS CRM enables integration with hundreds of backend systems in a consistent, powerful and scalable way. BizTalk Schema Generator

Business Analysts, Developers and IT Professionals will appreciate the ability to automatically generate and update BizTalk schemas directly from their CRM data tables in order to facilitate the import and export of information to and from their GaleForce CRM system.

This eliminates long hours of manual effort normally required to start integrating and consolidating information from important core systems, reducing the number of applications your users will need to open in order to get a 360 degree view of their clients.

Real-time Market Data Feeds

The GaleForce CRM Connector enables the integration between various market data applications and the GaleForce CRM application.

Real-time market data integration of Thomson, Reuters, and other third party data (eg. stock prices, news releases, graphs) is made available in the GaleForce CRM dashboard. Context can also be passed between the two systems through the GaleForce Connector.
