Business acquisition had resulted in disparate electronic data sources and no single view of client information. Time spent finding relevant information was costly and inefficient so Rathbones appointed Kynetix to design and implement a customised CRM system that would meet their specific needs.
The Microsoft CRM -based solution has been widely adopted and is now seen as one of the core business platforms for Rathbones.

The futures subsidiary of this major European financial services company needed an electronic warrant management platform to support its plans to enter the coffee and cocoa tendering and grading market.
Kynetix designed and built a web-based self-service solution which improved resource planning for grading and improved administration, auditing and traceability for the client and its stakeholders. The system was also designed to interface to other major exchanges including Liffe, CBOT, NYME, CME and COMEX.

Caitlin needed to move with the times and wanted to make doing business with them easier. In response Kynetix designed and developed a new electronic queuing system for brokers wanting to meet with underwriters. The Broker Queuing System was delivered via self-service kiosks and on the client's website and completely automated a previously manual system. Benefits include substantial time and efficiency savings.

Kynetix designed and built a post trade reconciliation system, iBalancer, to deal with trade breaks as well as a set of adapters to allow standard data interface with external sources (such as other exchanges).

Threadneedle wanted to automate the interaction with their brokers and reduce the manual overhead of providing fund valuations. Kynetix built one of the first systems in the UK to interface with the EMX messaging exchange to enable straight through processing of valuations and for the first time brokers were able to request valuations on demand.
Moving from a wholly manual to a fully automated system resulted in significant savings.
